Romanita Hairston is a senior level executive who works towards solutions to global challenges. She is a thought leader, change agent, and business strategist with extensive experience leading cross-sector initiatives, designing end to end solutions to meet business goals, and delivering value to customers and partners. Romanita is purpose driven and focused on outcomes with a distinct ability to mobilize teams to work through plans and priorities to improve effectiveness. Romanita has worked at the national and global level in the corporate, philanthropic, and nonprofit sector on issues ranging from child well-being to education equity and employability.

Hairston is also President & Founder of MORE320, a nonprofit consulting company. Her team’s depth of social sector and leadership experience combined with a unique approach to development and problem solving facilitates catalytic results for individuals and organizations seeking to effect social change. Hairston leads organizations to achieve impact.

Prior to her current roles, Hairston worked in Philanthropy with Murdock Charitable Trust, a top 100 Foundation and spent 20 years at World Vision, starting as a Program Director just prior to completing her MBA. After working in various leadership roles, she served as Vice President of U.S. Programs for 10 years. She was responsible for national programs and services for over 2,500 partners that impacted almost 3M children and adults. This work included: supply chain management, distribution of over $60 million in essential goods, design and delivery of direct service programs and capacity development courses for partner organizations and individuals, national response to humanitarian emergencies, national thought leadership, and multi-channel revenue generation in excess of $20 million per annum.
